Laboratory Exhaust Gas Types:

The types of laboratory waste gas include organic waste gas and inorganic waste gas.

Organic waste gas mainly includes: aromatics: benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, etc .; aldehydes and ketones: formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, butyraldehyde, acetone, cyclohexanone, methyl ethyl ketone, acetophenone; : Isobutyl acetate, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methyl acetate, banana water, etc .; alcohols: methanol, ethanol, butanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol, etc .;

Inorganic waste gas mainly includes: inorganic oxides such as nitrogen oxides, sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur dioxide.

Laboratory exhaust gas is mostly mixed exhaust gas, which includes: organic exhaust gas, inorganic exhaust gas, dust exhaust gas, etc. Each exhaust gas treatment technology has its use target and technical shortcomings. No technology can handle all exhaust gas pollutants. Therefore, in the laboratory exhaust gas treatment process, a combined two-phase countercurrent exhaust gas processor is considered.

The classification treatment method is adopted. According to the complex and diverse characteristics of laboratory exhaust gas components and types, a wet + dry combination treatment method is adopted, which is highly targeted and has a significant treatment effect to ensure compliance with standards.

The wet treatment section is absorbed by two-stage professionally prepared absorption liquid: inorganic waste gas absorption liquid absorbs inorganic pollutants such as HCL, HNO3, H2S + organic waste gas absorption liquid absorbs organic pollutants, and the dry treatment section uses high iodine activated carbon to conduct pollutants. Efficient adsorption treatment;

The whole process is safe, environmentally friendly, stable and without drastic energy conversion;

Low wind resistance and high-strength packing are used, and the two-stage demister design ensures the system runs efficiently;

Extend the service life and replacement cycle of activated carbon to the greatest extent. Modular activated carbon box design facilitates the replacement and activation of activated carbon.
