Isong flow feedback VAV damper is designed to meet the stringent requirements of laboratory. It is mainly used in places that require high precision in air volume control, such as physical and chemical laboratories, animal rooms, biological safety laboratories, hospitals and GMP pharmaceutical factories, and laboratory fume hood,vented cabinets and canopy hood.
Features:
The damper is made of integral molding (VAV-φ125/φ160/φ200 / φ250 / φ315-AFF-FH), and all parts in contact with the exhaust are made of corrosion-resistant modified PP , reaching UL94-V0 and GB8624-B1 Fire rating;
Directly installed on the top of the fume hood, and it is not easy to be disturbed by adverse airflow
Equipped with flanges for easy installation and maintenance;
Air volume adjustment ratio up to 10:1;
Fast response speed: control signal response time:<1 second, equipped with fast actuator 0-90 degrees full running time ≤ 2.5 seconds;
Low airflow resistance: working pressure range 50-1000PA, pressure loss is 50PA at maximum air volume;
The valve is equipped with an open communication protocol easy access to BMS system.
