①Assess the original laboratory HVAC system design and field construction effect ;

② Combined with the construction drawings, we will draw up a plan on site-test and data measurement including temperature and humidity conditions in each laboratory, the actual face velocity of each fumehood, the actual air-supply volume of each outlet, the measured pressure of each room, the make-up air units conditions,the exhaust fans conditions, the original control system conditions,HVAC equipment conditions, etc. .We will  make further more detailed assessment based on all the data,and develop feasible reconstruction programs;

③ Combined with measured and collected data sheet, on-site HVAC equipment status and feasibility of the program, to develop a detailed, thorough and practical upgrading program;

④ After the project completion,we will adopt the SAT according to the original program, and assess the actual effect of reconstruction;

⑤ Submit a detailed report including all the test data and related documents;

⑥ Provide on-site training and SOP document.
